Butter, unsalted</p> <p>2 leeks, thinly sliced (white part only)</p> <p>1 large yellow onions, sliced</p> <p>1 1/2 quarts chicken stock</p> <p>4 large peeled potatoes, sliced evenly in 1/4 inch slices</p> <p>salt to tast</p> <p>2 springs fresh thyme</p> <p>1/2 C. heavy cream</p> <p>1/2 C. cheddar cheese, grated</p> <p>1/2 C. bacon, cooked and diced</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>1. <br></span></p> <p><strong><span>9.&nbsp; <em>We would rather let the buyers makes their own paint/flooring choices.&nbsp; </em></span></strong><span>And that equals a price reduction.&nbsp; If buyers do make an offer on your home they will double or triple the cost of these items and reflect that in their discounted offer price--which includes a deduction for the inconvenience.&nbsp; <br></span></p> <p><strong><span>10. <em></em></span></strong><strong></strong><strong><span><em>Our home is professionally decorated.&nbsp; </em></span></strong><span>A professionally decorated home is tailored to the owner's particular needs.&nbsp; Does it work for the new buyer's needs? Houston has provided somewhat of a departure from most of the real estate numbers of the United States. In both medium income homes and homes over $500,000 there was a heavy increase varying from 19 to 26 percent. Therefore, a gain of around 22 percent in housing purchases for multiple income brackets is extremely impressive. In overall housing sales, the Houston area has only experienced a very slight drop, as the national drop was nearly 10 percent. </strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>The Houston area has consistently ranked among not only in the top ten markets in the nation, but it has also charted near the top numerous times.
