Air Duct Cleaning...Look At What It Did!

                                                                                         Dusty End Table

When I went to de-stage this property, was I suprised when I walked into a "Dust Bowl".  I didn't know that the ducts were going to be cleaned after the staging.  As you can see the dust was quite thick, and was everywhere.  Yet, another lesson for stagers and homeowners when you get this service done.  This was obviously not done properly.  But now I will have to have linens and furnitiure cleaned as to not saturate through the materials.

Cindy ~ that is so gross!  I can't believe that happened to you, sorry to hear you had to deal with such a mess.  I've had air ducts cleaned in my home and had nothing like this happen .... can you client compensate you for your extra time dealing with it?

Cindy, so sorry this has happened to you! Another lesson we all learn here when sharing our experiences. I am interested in if your client will compensate for your clean up time & expense?

What a mess!  Fortunately, a little elbow grease will do the trick.

Cindy, that's awful! Did you ask the owner why they didn't give you a warning? I would be interested to hear if your client compensated you. I hope your staging items can be cleaned.

Oh my!  That's like putting the vacuum on blow instead of suck.  Something definitely went wrong.

Maureen-He is such a good client, and he really wasn't responsible.

Cynthia-No, I didn't ask, it's minimal considering.

Kathy-Exactly, it's always something isn't it?

Debbie-No, It was the duct cleaning people. He didn't tell me he was having this done.  I think it was because of the new buyers must have requested it.

Sandi- I know, I've never seen this happen before.

Heather-Pretty much, there are few things that have to be cleaned still.

Katarine-It's just something else that is time consuming you don't plan on.
