More Home Shows, More Home Staging Education For Viewers
Below is a link to another news/entertainment article about house flipping and their definition of home staging. With the down market tv execs. are cashing in on reality shows based on the housing market. According to this article HGTV is unveiling 2 new shows, debuting 10am Sun- "Secrets that Sell" (a mother & daughter team investigate homes to find out why they haven't sold.) and at 10:30am-"Get It Sold" (they assist frustrated homeowners to help get their home sold). HMM, sounds like a part of home staging to me!
TLC hosts a new series "The Real Deal" similar to "Flip this House" its about homes, business's and multi-family units. Yes, they bring back Richard!
Check out the new line-up of all shows below, along with article.

Hi Cindy,
HGTV also just started another real estate reality show called "Bought & Sold". You can read the two articles I posted about it in my blog.
"Winner, winner chicken dinner." I love to get my weekly fix of Richard Davis! He puts the MAC in "MAC DADDY CURB APPEAL"
My favorite new Richardism is... " Everyday I wake up is a good day to buy Real Estate."
Go Trademark!
P.S. The Montelongos are HORRIBLE!
David - I agree. Richard rocks in my book. I've only seen one show with the Montelongos and they're NO Richard, that's for sure.
Also - and I don't remember where I read this but... Richard apparently had no contract in place when doing the Flip this House series. When they attempted to negotiate, he wanted too much money. Don't know if this is factual or not but it did make for interesting reading.
Thanks, Cindy, for listing the new shows.
Kathy
