There are some good deals to be had at the bankrupt Linens 'n Things. Most of their stores are picked over, and they will be closing Dec. 31st., but there are some great finds online. This set for instance is an 8 piece set for $59.99. It includes the comforter, bedskirt, 2 shams, and 2 Euro shams, and 2 decorative pillows.
Another thing I've noticed is their mechandise is filtering it's way down to the discount retailers. Be on the lookout, the prices have been greatly reduced from the retail prices from Linens 'n Things. It will be interesting to see what liquidator buys the inventory, and where it will go.

I bet we'll see their merchandise at places like Tuesday Morning and Big Lots. Their loss is our gain. I'm sorry to see them go.
Unfortunately we don't have big lots and tuesday mornings here so I guess it will have to be a border run for me! actually we have a company called giant tiger that the product will probably end up at. sad day for linen's and things but as I always say, they will reinvent themselves in a new exciting way that we come to love just as much.

That's a deal! Mervyn's is closing for good - I think today? - but they had really huge discounts on bedding, throw pillows, throw blankets. Get there if you can!
I picked up a few great lamps but did not see any bedding like this-love this color and love when Euros are included!!
We have a liquidator nearby, and until now I hadn't thought about Linen's N things merchandise ending up there. I will have to check it out. Thanks!
Glad you got such a great deal! I just checked out my LnT and they were just about out of everything. I am so sad to see them go; that was my go-to place for bedding.
Cindy, I was able to stop in a LNT 8 days before it closed and got some pretty good deals!
I was able to pick up quite a bit before ours finally closed about a month ago, the lamp sets were an exceptionally great deal! Everyone who still has one available needs to go now!

Hi Cindy, Our Linens & Things closed last year without much warning. They previously had a fire and were closed for a couple of months. What a shame!
