This builders model was for a complex of townhomes in a trendy area of Houston. It was done on a minimal budget. Home Staging doesn't have to be expensive, and in this case I was able to show the buyer the layout of furniture for them, so they wouldn't have to wonder. There are other photos, but they turned out too dark. I will take more when I de-stage.

Beautiful job and home!
Ilove your tropical theme and surfboard bedding-very colorful!!! Great job Cindy!
Once again Cindy great job on your post and the pics prove that.
Cindy, I really like the garage doors, it's so easy to go cheap on them but they make a big impression especially when they are so prominent. That's what guys notice..oh by the way the furniture and decor is nice too :) Steve
Good looking unit...is making a bedroom staged as a "kid room" overpersonalizing?
When will they ever learn? A "staged" home (when done properly) always shows better than an empty, cold, vacant home! Nic job Cindy.
Really nice job here! Very inspiring...
New homeowners will rmember this one, great job. The kids room surf decor is cool, so bright and cheery!
I do like the minimal approach. There is no need to clutter it, just give the prospect an idea about the room's use. Just curious, How much do these go for?
Cathy-Thanks, it goes with this region.
Abuid-Thaks for the complement.
Steve-Yes, the doors are starting to show up more in new construction. Thanks!
Michael-I usually wouldn't do that, but the builder wanted a kid room. Thats why I disn't do it gender specific, lots of girls like to surf too!
Amber-I hope they learn soon!
Mara-Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
Ronelle-Just wish I could have used window treatments.
Maggie-I think they start at $255k.
Cindy, great model! I am sure the rest of the townhomes will get sold in no time.
Cindy - I wish you'd come to Lubbock and stage our listings.
Cindy ~ As always you did a great job. And you are so right, now buyers can see how the rooms can be set up.
