Accessory Only Staging

             Click for more pictures ...

I've had my java and I'm off to do an "Accessory Only" staging on this 4,000sf house.  That's a lot of house, with huge walls, and ceilings.  The entire house will be done.  That's also a lot of accessories!  I'm anxious to see the end result.  It's vacant right now, but not for long.  I will post the before's and after's when I'm done. I have a feeling tomorrow, my muscles will be crying.   My aerobic activity for the week!

Can't wait-does this mean no furniture in this huge home??? That is going to eat so much inventory!!

I'm with Donna, you'll be creating a whole new dynamic for the home and for stagers that just have to have the furniture.  Can't wait to see your work on this one.  It's amazing from the outside, and soon to be amazing on the inside.

My partner and I have done one of these, a 6,000 sq ft. home with only the accent sized pieces we brought in, and accessories.  They are a challenge. but you must have the same philosophy as we do, staging for every house!  We chose our focal points and got to work!

Have fun, looking forward to the photos!

Accessories-only staging is in step with current economic concerns - making staging available for every house.  We have to adapt and change with the times.  Will look forward to your pictures, and especially comments on your guidelines for selection and placement when no furniture is involved.  - Leah
