South Shore Harbour Sells "Lighthouse Island!"

South Shore Harbour's signature lighthouse is this area's most recognized asset and stands sentinel to one of the most desired parcels of land this community has to offer: Lighthouse Island. This makes its recent sale one of the most pivotal events since this community's inception. The future development of the island, along with separate 25-acre waterfront parcel, promises to not only add value and prestige to this community, it will further complement a rich setting that is replete with world-class amenities, top-notch office space, and growing list of retail establishments.

Although no plans for the additional 26-acre tract have been announced, infrastructure work on the island has already begun. Regardless of the final product, one thing is certain: South Shore Harbour's signature lighthouse will remain its centerpiece.

CCCISD Students are Put to the Test!

Spring Break is over and, this month, CCISD students are literally put to the test:  TAKS tests, that is.

If history is any indication, students in this district will certainly make the community proud.  Here are a few of CCISD's accomplishments:

· Clear Creek ISD has six schools that earned the state's highest rating - Exemplary, 18 schools that earned Recognized and no schools were rated low performing.

· Clear Creek ISD has received three times a rating of Superior Achievement under Texas' new Schools FIRST (Financial Accountability Rating System of Texas) program.
