Above starter home sold after staging in under 30 days! The bachelor pad was turned into a more transitional young family home. The homeowner had entire home painted, ane new carpet put in. He then let me bring in new furniture and out with the old. There had been pets when he was living in the home and they had completely ruined the floors, and there was an odor left from them. His goal was under 30 and he was thrilled, his brothers house is next, and he wants his brand new place in the "inner loop" decorated. He is a huge believer of home staging!
