This 70's waterfront condo had been on the market for a year, with no lookers. It had an awkward layout. REA told owner the "million dollar" view would sell it. A year later the owner decided to have it staged, because the "million dollar view" hadn't sold it. Staging was done on a small budget and condo was in an 50+ community complex. The owner received a full price offer, 2 days later! I have since worked with her neighbor and her son in-law & daughter, the owner is a true believer that staging works!
