With Spring here, so are the remains of winter, especially in the coastal areas. When there's rain, moisture, and humidity there's mold and mildew. It not only looks cleaner, but is better for your health especially if your allergic to mold and mildew. It's more of a time consuming thing than anything. If time's a problem, then hire it done, for a relatively low fee. Don't stop with your concrete, get your fence, house, foundation, patio furniture, rocks or stones around flowerbeds done too.

Lane I agree, I used to do this for a living and 2,000 psi GAS power washer is the way to go. Most paint stores will rent them or you can buy one at home depot for @ $600.00. I still have mine they will last forever!
