I have met some very interesting people in this business. When you're working with a homeowner over a period of time you really start to get to know them. Sometimes turning into new friendships. I've made so many new friends during this process only to have to tell them bye when they move away, usually out-of-town. Some just move across town so thats not too bad. It's all a little bit of an oxymoron, you work really hard to help them get their home sold, then you get the call..."It sold, you can come pick-up everything". So, you go for the last time pick-up everything, to leave it the way you found it- empty. A sad reminder that your new friends will be moving away too. But a fantastic feeling to have been able to help someone achieve thier goal of selling their house and making some new friends along the way. Yet another aspect of home staging I had never thought about!
