Laughter is an antidote to chronic pain and helps people heal faster." She also says "no matter what makes us laugh, it is the closest thing to exercise when it comes to working the abs."
I love being around people with a sense of humor that make me laugh, it is one of the greatest qualities and a special gift people have. I love to see people laugh as well. Who knew that being around funny people would improve your health and abs at the same time.
