What a difference a mirror makes when staging a home. Recently, on a home staging consultation, I recommended framing the mirrors in this League City home. The sellers took all of my recommendations to heart and implemented all of them. Leading to a sale in 3 days to the first couple that looked at it.
This is a very cost effective, yet custom look when staging your home. There are alot of homes that have a generic large mirror in their bathrooms. Instead of taking it down and replacing them with a framed mirror, add the frame to the mirror. This was a resin frame that was easy to cut. Cost effective, and custom looking, setting your home apart from others in the neighborhood.

Sometimes the small details can really add up. I love how the pic you use helps demonstrate the impact of the mirror frame.
Good Evening Cindy
Thanks for the post. Have a great day
Scott, your absolutely right, the smallest of detail can really make an impact on potential buyers.
Patrick, thanks for stopping by!
Adding the frame to the mirror - what a great cost effective and creative solution to jazz up that bathroom. I'm a big fan of mirrors when it comes to staging/home decorating - and this finished project turned out wonderful. Great job Cindy - thanks for sharing!
I really like framed mirrors in bathrooms. I've seen a lot of bathrooms with two framed mirrors, one over each sink. It looks really nice.
Cindy, this is a huge difference!!!
All ingenious is simple!!!
Danielle, thanks, the owners did the work, but the outcome looked even better in person.
Rose, I do too, the huge mirrors are everywhere, that's why this is a great alternative. I like mirrors over each sink too!
Tatyana, thanks it is simple but effective when selling.
Cindy this is one of my favorite DIY project for clients (and myself) and it's even easier if they use rosettes at the corners so that there's no fretting about mitered cuts. Love your results!
Cindy- great look! I love using frames to enhance and update our bathrooms. It can be so easy and pretty inexpensive.
PS. just featured you in Stage It Forward Group
Great way to update wall-to-wall bathroom mirrors!
Cindy--Love the look when this is done. Such an easy and great update.
What a difference! It went from mirror-glued-to-wall to a very nicely framed mirror with just some trim!
