The Clear Lake Area Ski CLub (CLASC), a non-profit, member-operated ski slub that promotes the sports of snow skiing & snowboarding among Houstonians by offering trips to ski areas throughout the world.
Classic trips for the 2007-2008 year include: Keystone, Telluride and Vail, Colorado; Bansko, Bulgaria, Quebec Canada, Schweitzer Idaho and Summer Expediting to Croatia. They also sponsor year-round activities which have included: bicycle touring in Holland, rafting in the Grand Canyon, suba diving in Fiji, a shrimp boil and silent auction for the Sunshine kids, dinner and movie nights, concert outings, horseback riding, ice skating, wine tasting, and monthly happy hours.
