Don't forget the bathrooms! Exhaust fans circulate the air, thus collecting dust and usually discoloring the cover. When you walk into a freshly painted bathroom and the exhasut fan has a layer of dust on it and is turning yellow, it doesn't make sense. Take the cover down, clean it with bleach and if it doesn't come clean and turn back to white, spray paint it.
