When selling your home, you need to pull out all of the stops. If your house is on the market and it is vacant, one little tip is to leave mini water bottles or soft drinks in the refrigerator for buyers that are coming through. A small sign can be left on the counter to let buyers know there are complimentary drinks. These can be bought in bulk at a box store. This is just a little something that a buyer will remember and appreciate, and it doesn't cost a fortune. Another tip if you really want to wow the buyers coming through your home is too leave a basket of individually wrapped snacks.
Vacant homes always need that something extra. Staging with furniture and accessories is always recomended, but providing some beverages is that little something extra that can make a difference!
This is also a great idea for a real estate listing agent. It will show buyers that you put a little more creativity into marketing your listings, and might just bring in a new client!

Great advice Cindy, even for occupied homes. It's a nice and toughtful touch
Such a clever idea! I'm sure potential buyers would not only appreciate the snack, they would remember the house too!
Thanks Janice, it's really great in the summer.
Thanks for your comment Anna!
Ron, let me know how it goes.
Gabe, it's such an easy thing to do, but when I've seen it done, it did make an impression.
Thanks Mike, Some of them are not so "Quickie", I'm finding...lol
It certainly could be Diane, but I'd designate an area, wouldn't want people to rummage through the fridge or pantry.
Thanks Sharon, people look at so many houses, a little water can make the difference.
