This is an ongoing series of Home Staging Tips for home owners that are selling their homes. Most are DIY'er tips, inexpensive, and very beneficial for properly marketing your property.
Power wash all of your properties outside areas. Patios, driveway, front porch, back porch, sidewalks fence, siding, foundation, fountains (if it's possible), area around pool, patio furniture. Clean anything with mold, mildew or algae growing on it.
You can rent a machine on a daily basis, but expect a full day of a laborious task. If you don't have the time, it may be worth your time to hire someone to wash it for you. Be specific with the power washer serviceman and let him know exactly what you want cleaned.

Rosalinda, we have to powerwash about 2 times a year, but it's worth it.
