Hello Cindy - Thanks for the great list. I grew up in Houston and miss many of the things you listed. I took my prom date to Kemah for some fancy seafood. There was no boardwalk back in 1984. Much of it was still being rebuit after Hurricane Alicia.
Andy-If you haven't been back, you need to come see it some weekend. You'll be shocked at how it's grown since then.
