Of course... we all have the same goal...to get your home sold, for top dollar and as fast as possible. It's a win-win for everyone involved in the selling process. As professional home stagers, it is our job to merchandise your home to the "Nines", like the "Hottest" item on the shelf that everyone is practically fighting over. We stage your house accentuating the positives, and making it an inviting place that a buyer will want to sit down, kick back and relax to watch the big game, or entertain friends, or envision having family get togethers in. We make your home show ready, visually appealing, adding items, that spark the emotion of the "I want this house" feeling.
Real Estate Agents walk you through the process of selling your home, list it , market it, and get it out into the publics eye to bring buyers in.
So yes, we are always happy to work with your Real Estate professional.

Looks like stagers and sellers may be a great combination to get your home sold. First impressions are very important so you want your home to shine. Just one caution.. location and price are very important as well. Sellers shoudl price their home appropriately for the market or all the stagging will not bring the result they are hoping for.
I couldn't agree more! We all have the same goal. To get the house sold fast and for top dollar! Totally a win-win for all!
I agree with Joan too....Price is King....Staging is Queen....Both are a winning marketable combination :)
Cindy ~ You bet, stagers and Realtors make a winning combination for sellers! Just today I collaborated with a smart agent who hires me to provide her sellers with a staging consultation. The result is that we're both on the seller's team, working to ensure that the house sells as quickly as possible, and for the best price.
Interesting for me that you posted this now Cindy. I just had an inquiry, from a friend, and her listing agent FIRMLY does not believe in staging so I'm wondering how this will turn out. The friend doesn't know that her agent is a non-believer so I'm hoping just to go in and "get it done" then invite the agent in to see the results. This condo has been on the market for FOUR years...why wouldn't any agent want to see something done to improve its marketability???? Hicksville!!!!!
