Good post, because most can be reduced to "don't know..." I find many homeowners are relying on their Realtor to tell them what is too much and what is not enough, and most Realtors admit they do not have a stagers eye! Even the homeowner who fancies themselves a good decorator can benefit from a good stager...we have ALL seen and worked in that environment.
