Article For Real Estate Agents (or Stagers) on How To Sell Home Staging to Clients

This article in Realty times by David Kopec has been around for a while, but it still says a great deal in its message to Realtors, and is one of the best out there.  Hopefully this will help some Realtors that have problem listings, but don't know how to bring up the subject of home stagers to their clients.  The only variable in this article is the prices charged by stagers.  Every stager is different, and fees are usually based on the area of the country you live in.  In most parts of the country staging is less expensive, where it is not as well known.

Cindy, this is very useful information.  The way you approach the seller about their need for staging can make the difference between their taking your advice or switching to another listing agent.

Your welcome everyone.  Anything that helps Realtors overcome this obstacle helps us as well.  This seems to be one of the hurdles Realtors have to face.

Cindy, How much do you charge for staging homes in the Sugar Land / Katy area?  I would like to offer this service as an additional incentive for the seller to list with me.
