Is there an associated number scale as to determine how bad the home really has become since only 1 yes requires your services?
James-No, because any of these by themselves can impact a house, I've seen children in a home for 18 years that have finally left, and it made a huge impact after they were gone and the owners did the recommendations on a home staging consultation and I did onsite staging to get it ready to sale. It had an offer within 24 hours.
If your house hasn't sold, it's either because of one of these reasons, which can probably be remedied by a home staging consultation and some work.
Or, it's overpriced, in a bad location, or it's in very bad condition-that's a whole other issue.
Great questions Cindy! The point is that pretty much anyone needs to have a Staging consultation before selling their home! If you don't you're definitely leaving money on the table.
