I realize and have heard and understand Real Estate agents feel uncomfortable bringing up staging to their clients. They don't want their new or soon to be new clients to think they need home staging, even though, they know they do. This is a common problem, and some sellers might take the mention of home staging the wrong way. However, some would be overjoyed at the prospect of having their home perfectly arranged and in show ready condition.
If you are interested in adding home staging (Seller usually pays) for your clients, please feel free to email me, or call me and I will send you information that you can put into your listing presentation and sellers can look at it at their leisure. It will be part of the services you have recommended. No one will be offended, it's just a part of your information that you can give them. It's really as easy as that. If pricing is an objective, have them contact me and I will go over everything with them. It's become a very affordable luxury.
What do you have to lose? Absolutely nothing, and everthing to gain, a great looking listing that will show better than all the others. Giving a seller the information will show that you are presenting them with more marketing options, and you will be!
