The garage doesn't seem to be just a place for our vehicles anymore. It's become more of a storage unit for everything we need to either get rid of or have a special spot in the garage for specific items. The last thing we put in the garage is our cars. If this has happened it's time to clean it out. Take the value of your car and decide whether it's worth as much as all of the junk you are storing in your garage. Chances are it's not even close. So why don't you have such a large investment in your garage?

Cindy: Garages are so overlooked by almost everyone. When doing occupied stagings, most people think they can just dump excess furnishings out there rather than rent a shed for a few months. Thanks for the link and bringing the value of the garage back into the light.
