How to Choose a Great Listing Agent

If you are getting ready to sell your home, after you have it staged, you will then want to hire a listing agent.  This can be a daunting task, especially if you don't have any one in mind.  If you have friends or neighbors ask if they can refer someone.   Here are ten tips to guide you through the process of hiring a listing agent.  After all, your home is your biggest investment you want the best fit for you and your house when hiring your agent.

  9. Whats your fee?
  10. Can I talk to one of your previous clients?

Thanks for sharing this link, Cindy.  I give my staging clients who haven't chosen a realtor yet a similar list as part of the packet of moving related materials I provide during a consultation.  I'm surprised more people aren't asking potential realtors these questions.
