The development (pictured), which is adjacent to the South Shore Harbour Marina, will include: two 25-floor high-rise condominiums with 183 units each; two 14-story condominium towers with 126 units each; two six-story mid-rise condominiums with 76 units combined; a 39-unit low-rise building; 166 townhomes and 12 estate lots. Although the gated community will not have other commercial components, there will be a 600,000-square-foot community center and amenities such as an infinity-edge pool and a waterfront promenade. Construction for the bulkhead, promenade, utilities and streets broke ground in February and will finish by the end of the year. The first residences are expected to be available for sale or construction as early as this December. Stratton said that the company is selling off lots to other developers to build the project, and that they have been "overwhelmed by the interest," although specific developers have not been named yet. Ziegler Cooper Architects will develop the architectural standards for the development, while TBG Partners will be the land planner and landscape architect. |
