Redesign Etc., was chosen to stage a 20 story building called Three Riverway Plaza for a video shoot. We staged their lobby and elevator areas, conference and refreshment room, exercise facilities & saunas, outdoor cafe, executive parking area. It was quite the production, and weekend. It moved at a very fast pace. As it was being shot by a film crew out of California, so we were always trying to stay a step ahead of them. This one was definitely thinking out of the box. I am working on getting more afters. We supplied everything, except for the models!
Here are some still shots of the befores.

Here is a small sampling of the afters:

What a fun project Cindy! I especially like the close up of the conference room. You certainly were working out of the box on this one. It looks fabulous!
An Absolute amazingly job ladies
Tom
Very nice Cindy! That must have been an exciting project to work on.
Looks like a fun project and a lot of work, too. The photos are amazing (food looks good, too)!
Cindy - I love how the executive conference room table came out!!
Congratulations. Your post is being featured in the group Home Staging Before & After Pictures.
Kathy
It looks brighter in the office after you've staged, Cindy.
Bravo! You did an amazing job!! Congratulations!
Michelle-It was fun, a great experience. It was certainly different than the usual vacant home.
Tom-Thank you, for your compliment.
Kathy-It was exciting, being around actors, a flim crew, and alot of people, it was almost like filming a movie.
Melissa-Everyone ate the food at the end! For the 1st time it was actually real!
Kathy-They wanted something simple but classy with no distractions.
Maria-Could have been all the lights from filming.
Cathy-Thanks, it was alot of work, and tons of shopping, but it was alot of fun, and a new experience!
What an exciting job and a great opportunity for your business. I love what you did and I'm sure the client was happy with the work. Great job. Looking forward to more pictures!
Wow Cindy - Congratulations on not only landing the project but doing a great job.
It's those "out of your comfort zone" projects that really stretch our abilities and you certainly met the challenge!
Wow! How odd yet wonderful! Made for an exciting and likely very tiring day once the adrenaline was gone from staying on your toes.
Great job too!
Cindy, fantastic job in staging. I know you were going crazy esp, with the film crew right behind you
Cindy,
I can see by the before and after photos that they diffidently picked the right Stager and one that was up to the task!!! Did you have to interview for this project or did they already know of your expertise, style and professionalism going into the project?
Fabulous job and a great show for your portfolio!!!
Wow Cindy what a great (huge) project! Your photos are fantastic.
Hi Cindy: Great job and very interesting project! Did you rent the furniture to use? It just looked so perfect for the space. Very Nice!
HI Cindy, don't you just love these outside the box staging opportunities. Great work, love the conference room best. Clean and efficient look to start a meeting off with.
Wow Cindy, very impressive. It's perfect! Simple and elegant!
Fabulous transformation, Cindy! Now, that's a meeting, I would have liked to have sat in on...just on atmosphere alone!
Cindy; Wow! A fabulous job. Love the simple elegance. Thanks for sharing.
Positively gorgeous! :-)
Ohhh Cindy, that's what you've been up to...GREAT job, kudos my friend.
Sharon-Thanks, I didn't have time to get stills, since I was on the the next area, but I foiund someone that did.
Tessa-It was out of my box alright!
Dane-True, I ate, slept, and breathed this job, it was a very expensive undertaking for the owner of the building as you can imagine. It was an adreneline rush, and then like a wedding...it was over!
Rebecca-Yes, that was interesting, the building was also occupied, so we couldn't do any staging until the day of filming.
Linda-They called me.
Karen-Thanks, looking forward to getting more, and post them.
Teresa-I rented some, and some was mine.
Michelle-They wanted something low on the tables so people could talk to each other.
Robyn-Thanks, that's very nice of you to say.
Jacquline-The chairs were pretty comfy...HA!
Linda-Thanks, it was alot of fun.
Susan-Thanks for your compliment!
Terrylynn-Actually no, this was last summer, just got the photos!
