Staged 20 Story Office Building Before & After Photos in Houston

Redesign Etc., was chosen to stage a 20 story building called Three Riverway Plaza for a video shoot.  We staged their lobby and elevator areas, conference and refreshment room, exercise facilities & saunas, outdoor cafe, executive parking area.  It was quite the production, and weekend.  It moved at a very fast pace.  As it was being shot by a film crew out of California, so we were always trying to stay a step ahead of them.  This one was definitely thinking out of the box.   I am working on getting more afters.  We supplied everything, except for the models!

Here are some still shots of the befores.

What a fun project Cindy! I especially like the close up of the conference room.  You certainly were working out of the box on this one.  It looks fabulous!

Michelle-It was fun, a great experience. It was certainly different than the usual vacant home.

Tom-Thank you, for your compliment.

Kathy-It was exciting, being around actors, a flim crew, and alot of people, it was almost like filming a movie.

Melissa-Everyone ate the food at the end! For the 1st time it was actually real!

Kathy-They wanted something simple but classy with no distractions.

Maria-Could have been all the lights from filming.

Cathy-Thanks, it was alot of work, and tons of shopping, but it was alot of fun, and a new experience!

Wow Cindy - Congratulations on not only landing the project but doing a great job.

It's those "out of your comfort zone" projects that really stretch our abilities and you certainly met the challenge!

Wow! How odd yet wonderful! Made for an exciting and likely very tiring day once the adrenaline was gone from staying on your toes.

Great job too!

Cindy,

I can see by the before and after photos that they diffidently picked the right Stager and one that was up to the task!!!  Did you have to interview for this project or did they already know of your expertise, style and professionalism going into the project?

Fabulous job and a great show for your portfolio!!!

Sharon-Thanks, I didn't have time to get stills, since I was on the the next area, but I foiund someone that did.

Tessa-It was out of my box alright!

Dane-True, I ate, slept, and breathed this job, it was a very expensive undertaking for the owner of the building as you can imagine.  It was an adreneline rush, and then like a wedding...it was over!

Rebecca-Yes, that was interesting, the building was also occupied, so we couldn't do any staging until the day of filming.

Linda-They called me.

Karen-Thanks, looking forward to getting more, and post them.

Teresa-I rented some, and some was mine.

Michelle-They wanted something low on the tables so people could talk to each other.

Robyn-Thanks, that's very nice of you to say.

Jacquline-The chairs were pretty comfy...HA!

Linda-Thanks, it was alot of fun.

Susan-Thanks for your compliment!

Terrylynn-Actually no, this was last summer, just got the photos!
