A Home Stagers Quickie Tips~Front Porch

Have you looked at your front porch lately?  Buyers will!  Create a welcoming feel on your front porch.  Paint or stain your front door.  If your lucky you may be able to get away with just a good cleaning.  Clean and polish the front door handle hardware or replace it.  This goes for the doorbell and front porch light as well.  Clear porch of unsightly plaints, pots or old furniture.  Do add some colorful flowers, and if you have a large porch, add a couple of chairs with a small table.  Power wash, and paint if needed after replacing any rotten wood.  Make sure there are no cob webs and check to see if the front porch lights work.  Put out a new front door welcome mat and you're done!

A buyer will be formulating their first opinions when the agent is opening up the front door.
