"Cindy Bryant is the owner of Redesign etc. She was responsible for staging my house. I have had numerous conversations with her including face to face in person meetings, over the telephone and over email during the time that I have employed her services. For these reasons, I feel comfortable with providing the following recommendation. Cindy Bryant provides excellent staging expertise. Following the open house, numerous realtors commented on the excellent job that she provided. The staging tremendously enhanced the quality of the pictures that were posted online and provided online viewers the ability to judge the scale of the rooms. Cindy Bryant's professionalism is without equal. She promptly responded to inquires, was accessable using multiple forms of communication (ie, cell phone, email and face to face meetings, was punctual for our meetings,) was thoughtful and enthusiastic about her work and helping me make the most of my property. Financially, Cindy Bryant met the budget requirements for the quoted job. I actually believe that she gave me more value for the money that I paid her than what I was expecting to receive. After the initial staging, she maintained contact with me providing unsolicited suggestions to improve the curb appeal of the property. Cindy Bryant went beyond the scope of her job. She realized that I had relocated out of state and could not personnally monitor the quality of the "finished" remodeled house. She identified chipped porcelain in one bathroom, broken tiles and provided me with an objective opinion on the substandard cleaning job for the "finished" house. She took the additional initiative to photograph the damaged tub, dirt and broken tiles providing me with hard evidence that I could then forward to the contractor. This additional effort saved me time by permitting me to negotiate the repairs to the "finished" home. She has been responsive and does not overstate the work or overestimate the timelines for the staging project. What a relief to be able to trust what a person actually tells you!!! I recommend her with the highest enthusiasm'.

Cindy,
"Because of you I believe we have sold the house without it even being up for sale. My realtor brought in another client while we were gone and they put a contract on it yesterday. After a fair amount of negotiation we finally accepted. The realtor says that they are already loan-approved and now the fate rests in the hands of the appraiser and inspector.
With no interest after a year and not even a hint of a contract we decided to go with you. I feel that the changes you suggested caused us to get an immediate contract response. Your advice was like magic. We may have gotten more when the home was supposed to go on the market today. But costs of keeping it on the market (yard guy, pool guy, insurance, house payment, electric, maintenance, etc.) and homes around us going for less (scarily so) and therefore the threat of appraisal values not allowing buyers to get loans at higher amounts made it a gamble to wait for a better offer. And, it is dicey waiting for the right people, with money, to find our home to be what they really want.
So, your advice was magical and probably could have been magnificent had we waited. You have been wonderful to work with-your skill is invaluable to those of us who have zero idea about how to sell a home. What is worse is that we don't even know we don't know how to sell a home-and apparently some realtors don't know that either".

"I talked to the buyer's agent about what prompted the buyers to chose your house. She said the staging most likely had an definite effect, because when they did their final "walk-through" of the house the day of closing, the staging was gone & the house looked "plain". She said the staging added a lot of "possibility" and excitement to the layout".
